Anne Otunga

Anne N. Otunga is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, legal advisory, and human resource management. Currently serving as a Partner at Otunga Law Advocates LLP since August 2022, Anne oversees the Commercial/Corporate and Investment department, providing legal services on public-private partnerships, corporate governance, and employment law matters. As Chief Executive Officer at Bellmac Consulting LLP since April 2020, Anne leads the firm’s strategic initiatives in corporate governance and consultancy. Previous roles include Head of Legal and Company Secretary at LOLC Kenya Microfinance Bank PLC, and Legal Compliance & Administration Officer at Mini Group of Companies, among others. Anne holds a Master of Laws in Corporate Governance and the Law from the University of Nairobi, an MBA in Strategic Management and Human Resource Management from Daystar University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the Kenya School of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws from Moi University.
