Jermaine Toves

Jermaine Toves is an experienced production supervisor currently employed at Bellmont Cabinet Company since November 2021. Prior to this role, Jermaine served as a senior project engineer at Vrieze and Olson Custom Woodworking, where responsibilities included material control and project coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders. Their career progression at V&O began as a cost estimator and later as a sales and marketing engineer, where Jermaine enhanced brand awareness and created marketing materials. With a background in program management at the YMCA, Jermaine has demonstrated leadership by increasing attendance and staffing in the teen program sector. Additional experience includes project management for Puget Sound Trade Show & Events and customer service at Walmart. Jermaine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Western Washington University and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Pierce College.
