John Hamilton

John Hamilton is currently serving as the Chief People Officer and People Director at Bellrock Group, overseeing the implementation of a people strategy to support the company's growth agenda. With a background in health and safety, John has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Director of Health and Safety at Compass Group and Head of Safety, Health & Wellbeing at Leeds Beckett University. John holds a Ph.D. in Organisational Psychology from Lancaster University and has a strong educational background in health and safety law and environmental law.
