Alok Nayak possesses extensive expertise in governance, risk management, and compliance across multiple industries. Currently serving as the leader of Internal Controls and Corporate Governance at Bellway Homes, Alok is responsible for designing and embedding the governance framework while ensuring compliance with the 2024 UK Corporate Governance Code. Previous roles include positions at Arrival where Alok led the development of a Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) technology, at Sage as Data & Compliance Analytics Lead focused on risk and compliance strategies, and at PwC as a Senior Consultant specializing in financial services risk and regulatory compliance. Alok also has project management experience from roles at Banner Health and SoftPoint LLC, and a foundational background in operations and logistics from A.P. Moller - Maersk. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
