Prior to that, Mitch worked as a Senior Project Manager at Gardiner & Theobald Inc. and held multiple positions at Plant Construction Company, LP including Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager. Earlier in their career, Mitch worked at Johnson Controls as an Account Manager and Project Estimator.
