Jim Drizos

Jim Drizos serves as Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets for Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital. Mr. Drizos is responsible for leading all Agency MBS capital market activities including: pricing and trading of Agency debt instruments, loan structuring, collection and distribution of fixed income market information, developing and managing Broker-Dealer/Investor relationships, overseeing trading compliance and capital markets risk management.

Jim has 25 years + of extensive experience in both Agency capital markets MBS trading and loan production. He began his MBS trading career at the Fannie Mae Trading Desk and during his eleven years at Fannie Mae, Jim oversaw the Multifamily MBS Trading division for the GSE. Mr. Drizos is based in Charlotte, NC at the firm’s Capital Markets Desk.

Jim is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and holds an MBA in Finance. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California University of PA.
