Greyson S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, website management, and production roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Bellwether Housing since February 2023, Greyson also founded Trans Language Primer in 2016, overseeing content creation, website management, and user experience enhancements. With a decade-long tenure at Big Dipper Wax Works, Greyson advanced from Production Technician to Production Manager, focusing on quality assurance and supply management. Prior roles include Website & Resource Manager and Senior Community Manager for Facebook Transgender Alliance, alongside various positions in retail, communications, and audio journalism. Greyson holds educational qualifications from Washington & Jefferson College and Portland State University.
Bellwether Housing
Bellwether Housing builds and manages affordable housing for people of diverse backgrounds. We locate our homes in places where residents are able to share in the opportunity and prosperity of the Puget Sound region. We amplify our impact by helping other organizations do the same. Bellwether has a portfolio of 32 buildings that provide affordable homes to over 3,000 people. Our residents include families exiting homelessness, independent seniors, immigrants seeking opportunity, preschool teachers, social workers, artists, and young people just starting out. We take pride in creating and maintaining apartments that people want to call home. For residents in need of support, our team of Resident Services Coordinators link them to community resources and services that promote health, stability, and independence. Bellwether is working with an ambition that matches the urgency of our region's affordable housing crisis; in the next five years, we aim to develop 1,200 new affordable homes in King County.
