Kristen Carroll

Kristen Carroll is an Associate Partner at Bellwether since September 2022, previously serving as Chief Data Strategist and Executive Director of Data Strategy for the Douglas County School System from May 2020 to September 2022. In these roles, Kristen executed the district's strategic data approach, managed teams of analysts and specialists, and communicated data insights to stakeholders. Kristen's earlier experience includes a Strategic Data Fellow position at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University, an Educational Leadership Postdoctoral Scholar at Vanderbilt University, and an Education Pioneers Fellow at the Tennessee Department of Education. Kristen has also taught as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University and holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Texas A&M University and a B.A. in Political Science from Louisiana State University.
