Lauren Schwartze

Lauren Schwartze has over a decade of experience in strategic advising, talent services, and education. Currently a Partner at Bellwether since September 2014, Lauren has held multiple titles within the firm, including Senior Associate Partner and Consultant. Prior to Bellwether, Lauren worked at Accenture as a Management Consultant focusing on Talent and Organization, where responsibilities included crafting training strategies and managing a global team. Earlier in the career, Lauren served as a Math Teacher and Department Chair at Warren County Schools, achieving notable student success in state math assessments. Additionally, Lauren contributed as a Trip Leader and Steering Committee member for the Harvard First-Year Outdoor Program and completed an internship at Jumpstart, where insights were provided on information systems. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Harvard University.
