Bellwether
Michaela Gaziano is an Associate Partner at Bellwether Education Partners, with prior experience as Chief of Staff for the Office of Senator Barry Finegold in Massachusetts. Michaela has worked as an independent consultant, focusing on educational challenges related to COVID-19, and has collaborated with various charter networks and school districts. Michaela has held roles including Graduate Research Assistant at Harvard Kennedy School and Ash Center Mayoral Leadership in Education Fellow for the Mayor of Denver, where initiatives related to educational equity were developed. Michaela's diverse experience includes consulting for Uncommon Schools, serving as a Fulbright Grantee in Malaysia, and internships with organizations addressing poverty reduction and advocacy. Michaela holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in Economics and Spanish from Villanova University.

We work hand in hand with education leaders and organizations to accelerate their impact, inform and influence policy and program design, and share what we learn along the way. We envision a future where all young people have access to an equitable and excellent education and live lives filled with opportunity. We look to a future where the education system is effective, equitable, and responsive.
