Under Marco's leadership, the company has delivered significant cost savings to customers, created thousands of jobs, and emphasized career development through training opportunities. Prior to this role, Marco worked at Ralphs Grocery Company from February 1985 to April 1999, where responsibilities included serving as Facility Manager and Investigator.
