Giuseppe Cassinis

Giuseppe Cassinis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and corporate governance. Currently a Partner at Studio Cassinis since March 2018, Giuseppe also serves as the Presidente del Collegio Sindacale at Belmond's Castello di Casole SpA and at Actelion Pharmaceutical Srl, part of the Johnson & Johnson group. Additionally, Giuseppe holds the position of Presidente del Collegio Sindacale at OCIS S.p.A., and has a notable background as a Partner at Studio Lanteri from 2010 to 2018, as well as at Studio DCA from 2006 to 2010. Giuseppe has been involved in various leadership roles, including serving on the board of Chambre de Commerce Italienne de Lyon from 2014 to 2017 and presiding over Audirevi Srl from 1998 to 2003.
