Natalie Gildemeister

Natalie Gildemeister has extensive experience in human resources within the hospitality industry, currently serving as Divisional Director of Human Resources for The Americas at Belmond since June 2010, where Natalie has also held the role of Divisional Director of Human Resources for South America and Regional Director of Human Resources for Peru. Prior to her tenure at Belmond, Natalie worked as a Training Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from March 2006 to March 2009 and at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 2003 to 2006. Natalie holds a BSc Honors degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Surrey.
