Lance Winstel

Lance Winstel is an experienced emergency response and mechanical maintenance professional, currently serving as a Shift Battalion Chief and Emergency Response Team Lead at Shell since August 2019. With a long tenure in fire service as a Fire Fighter at Toronto Volunteer Fire Dept since June 1990 and a Fire Service Instructor at Belmont College since December 2011, Lance also held various mechanical maintenance supervisory roles at FirstEnergy across multiple power stations, beginning in June 2007.
