Trinity Johns

Trinity Johns, Ed.M, currently serves as the Assistant Director of DEI and 7th Grade History Teacher at Belmont Day School, a role started in July 2024. Previously, Trinity held the position of Associate Director of Equity & Inclusion at The Meadowbrook School of Weston from August 2023 to June 2024 and worked as a Rural Case Writing Fellow at The EdRedesign Lab from November 2022 to August 2023. Trinity was also an Identity Project Fellow at the Adolescent Ethnic-Racial Identity Development (AERID) Laboratory at Harvard Graduate School of Education during the 2022-2023 academic year. Other experiences include roles as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Fellow and Teaching Assistant at The Meadowbrook School of Weston from September 2020 to June 2022, and as a Research Assistant at Duke University's Identity and Diversity Lab from August 2016 to May 2020. Earlier internships were completed at the Inner-city Muslim Action Network and the U.S. Department of Justice. Trinity holds a Master of Education in Education Policy Analysis from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Duke University.
