Douglas Napoli is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in technical sales and account management across various industries, including automotive, aerospace, and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Territory Sales Manager for Belmont Equipment since March 2019, Napoli specializes in selling industry-leading EDM equipment. Previous roles include Sales Manager at PMX Industries, Inc., where responsibilities included account development and contract negotiations, and Director of Sales and Marketing at The Miller Company, focused on achieving a divisional sales forecast of $70 million. With a strong background in sales and marketing management from positions at Amstek Metal and Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, Inc., Napoli has consistently demonstrated an ability to drive sales growth and enhance product awareness through strategic forecasting and customer engagement strategies. Educationally, Napoli holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications Arts from Central Connecticut State University.
