Charlie Doar

Charlie Doar has over eleven years of experience in education, currently serving as the Associate Director of College Counseling and English Teacher at Belmont Hill School since August 2013. In this role, Charlie focuses on college counseling while also teaching English across grades 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12. Prior experience includes English teaching and coaching at Norfolk Academy for grades 7 and 8, and previous roles at Brunswick School as an intern and coach. Charlie holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
