Gregg Barnes

Gregg Barnes is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in leading HR functions across various industries. Currently, as the Director of Human Resources at Belmont Medical Technologies since April 2018, Barnes oversees HR operations for a private-equity owned medical technology firm. Previously, Barnes served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Olympus Corporation of the Americas, providing strategic HR support to management teams in the U.S. and Quebec. Additional experience includes positions at Iron Mountain, KLA-Tencor, Teradyne, NEC Computer Systems, and Novellus Systems, where Barnes developed expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational planning. Barnes holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Colgate University.
