Alexey V Semenov

Alexey V Semenov, Ph.D., is a Co-Founder of SAVA Consulting Group since March 2022, where the focus is on enhancing Cultural Intelligence within organizations to improve various operational aspects. Semenov serves as an Associate Professor of International Business and International Management at Belmont University since August 2019, following a role as an Assistant Professor at San Jose State University from August 2015 to August 2019. Previous experience includes positions at Saint Louis University as a Research Assistant and Graduate Assistant, and as a Sales/Marketing Consultant and Kaizen Project lead at Emerson Electric Co. Semenov began a career in sales management at Scientific-Production Enterprise “Garant - Service” and served as a Bank Inspector at the Savings Bank of the Russian Federation. Academically, Semenov obtained a Ph.D. in International Business and Marketing, an MBA, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Computer Engineering.
