Debbie Sprang

Debbie Sprang has extensive experience in higher education advancement, currently serving as Associate Vice President for Gift Planning and Special Projects at Belmont University since December 2015. Prior roles at Belmont University include Associate Vice President of Advancement Operations, Senior Director of Development and Alumni Relations, and Director of Parent and Family Programs. Before joining Belmont University, Debbie Sprang worked at Baldwin Wallace University, first as a Regional Advancement Officer from June 2010 to December 2015 and previously held roles including Assistant to the Senior Vice President and Associate Director of Career Services from 2002 to 2010. Debbie Sprang holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Psychology from Baldwin Wallace University.
