Hope Cooper Buckner

Hope Cooper Buckner has extensive experience in communications and public relations, particularly in higher education, currently serving as Vice President for Executive Communications and Aspirational Initiatives at Belmont University since October 2014. Buckner has developed and taught course curriculum in Nonprofit Public Relations and has held various roles within the university, including Assistant Director of Communications and Communications Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed content creation, internal communications, and media relations. Previous positions include Associate Vice President at DVL Seigenthaler in its Health Practice, as well as roles in recruitment and credentialing at Mental Health Cooperative. Buckner holds a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Belmont University.
