Jozef Lukey

Jozef Lukey currently serves as the Assistant Director of Student Success and Flourishing at Belmont University since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Missouri-Columbia where Jozef served as Program Assistant, Graduate Assistant - Success Coach, and Summer Bridge Co-Coordinator, focusing on supporting underrepresented students and improving retention. Jozef also worked as a Retention Coordinator at Georgia State University, overseeing initiatives to enhance student progression and graduation rates. Previous roles include Youth Care Worker at Youth Homes of Mid-America, Student Mentor with AmeriCorps, and various positions related to supervising youth and promoting academic success. Jozef holds a Master's in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Graceland University.
