Paula Roberts

Paula Roberts, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Management at Belmont University, where teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership, management, and organizational behavior. In addition to this role, Paula serves as a Belmont University Fellow in the Jack C. Massey College of Business and has previously held positions as an adjunct professor. Prior to joining academia in 2018, Paula was the Executive Director of the National Museum of African American Music, responsible for strategic planning and operational management. Additionally, from 2002 to 2009, Paula served as the Executive Director and Certified Business Adviser at the Tennessee Small Business Development Centers, focusing on small business development and support for diverse entrepreneurs. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Business Psychology from The Chicago School and a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Tennessee State University.
