Gert VAN DER PAELT is an experienced ICT Systems Manager at Belnet since September 2015, specializing in Exchange Server Management, backup infrastructure management, software and license management, compliance, storage infrastructure management, and communication systems including VoIP and unified communications. Prior to this role, Gert served as an ICT staff member at SYNTRA Midden-Vlaanderen from October 2012 to August 2015, demonstrating expertise in .NET front/backend development, SQL Server development and administration, MySQL, PowerShell, Active Directory administration, Office 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Dynamics CRM development, and network administration. Gert holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Sciences: Computer Science from HOGENT, which was completed from 2007 to 2013.
