Alex Barnishin

Alex Barnishin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. They began their career as a Retail Advertising Executive at Star-Telegram in 1997, where they managed various advertising desks and handled $1.2M in annual ad revenues until 2000. Following this, they joined Dallas Voice as a Senior Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing $400K in ad sales revenues and successfully grew revenues year-over-year for five consecutive years until 2006. Since 2006, Alex has been working at Medium Giant (formerly Belo + Company), initially as a Senior Director and currently as the Senior Director of Advertising. In their current role, they oversee 18 sales reps and three managers and are responsible for the grocery, furniture, classifieds, recruitment, Hispanic, and North Texas sales team.

Alex Barnishin attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1994 to 1996. During this time, they studied Advertising but did not complete a degree.
