Noelia holds a degree in Tourism and has 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working in hotels across Argentina and Brazil, with a brief stint in a travel agency.

She later transitioned into a new career path, joining Belo as a customer care agent, quickly advancing to lead the department. Currently, as Product Owner, she coordinates various key projects, ensuring product goals are met and fostering collaboration across teams.
