Lewis Biggers

Lewis Biggers leads the development of provider network alignment strategies to support partner health plan and provider partnerships.  He led the partnership with MVP MA DSNP to engage plan providers to manage members enrolled in Dual Special Needs Plan.  He also led the formation of the Belong Health of New York IPA to manage performance of the provider network and expand access of health care through the plan’s service area.  He is also responsible for the development of analytic tool sets to support Belong-Health clients. 

Prior to Belong, Lewis was the GM/CEO of Health Plan Operations and the Accountable Care Division at Stanford Health Care as well as the GM/Medicare Market President for 3 Medicare markets at Cigna HealthSpring. 

He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Houston, Texas.  Lewis resides in Austin, TX.
