Natasha VanWright

SVP, Clinical Operations at Belong Health

Natasha VanWright is responsible for the design, development and implementation of Belong Health’s care management and transitions in care programs for local health plan partners. Ms. VanWright is a NYU Langone Health trained nurse with 20+ years of care management, case management, and home care experience for Medicare, Medicaid, D-SNP, and underinsured/uninsured populations.

Prior to joining Belong Health, she served as AVP of Care Management and Strategic Initiatives at HealthFirst, the largest not-for-profit health plan in New York for Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, long-term care, and qualified health plans. She also served as Director of Care Management at Urban Health Plan, a federally qualified community health center that provides health care to underserved and disadvantaged communities in the South Bronx, Corona, Queens and Central Harlem communities of New York City.

She also served at Visiting Nurse Service of New York, the largest home health care organization in the New York City area, where she facilitated successful referrals and transitions of medically and psychosocially complex patients from hospital and skilled nursing facilities to the home.

She earned a B.S. degree from Fordham University, a B.A. and M.A. in Nursing from Pace University, a M.S. from Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences, and an MBA from Cornell University. Natasha resides in Westchester County, NY
