Camila Tkaczyk

Camila Tkaczyk currently serves as the CEO Office & People Operations Lead at Belong, where responsibilities include managing the internal communication strategy to ensure employee engagement and alignment with company goals. Prior to this role, Camila held various positions at R/GA, including CEO Office & People Operational Lead and Executive Assistant to the Global Chair & Global Chief Creative Officer, where tasks involved complex calendar management and streamlining processes for senior executives. Camila co-founded Zubco Limited, leading the establishment of the administrative area and implementing key operational processes. Additional experience includes roles at the ADEC Agencia para el Desarrollo Economico de Catamarca, AKATA, and Gillette, contributing to business development, project design, and executive assistance. Camila holds a Diplomatura en Comunicacion Estrategica from Universidad Austral and a Técnico Superior en Administración de Empresas from Ateneo de Estudios Terciarios, with ongoing studies at the University of Buenos Aires.
