Thomas Leathers

Thomas Leathers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Thomas currently works at Belong as a Market Expansion Lead, where they have contributed to the growth and efficiency of the company. At Belong, Thomas managed a $2.7 million book and achieved a record 6-day average for resident placement speed. Thomas also developed a training handbook and implemented scalable changes in partnership with Product and Engineering. Prior to their current role, Thomas worked at Nightingale as a Server/Service Captain. Thomas also gained experience at Cara Irish Pubs as a Server and Staff Development member and Zurich Insurance Company as an Active Directory Intern. Thomas also has experience in the education and summer camp sectors, having worked as a Zumba Instructor at Baylor University, a Theatre Director and Head of Staff Leadership at Oak Hill Day Camp, and a Counselor at Camp Ozark.

Thomas Leathers obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Baylor University from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they also studied Global Communication at Maastricht University for a year.
