Simon Afano

Simon Afano is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in research and development, quality assurance, and the food industry. Currently serving as Responsable R&D et Qualité at Belourthe SA since September 2021, Simon has also held positions as R&D Coordinator and Quality Assurance Assistant. Prior to this role, Simon contributed to a food innovation project at Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech - Université de Liège and gained practical experience in the hospitality and healthcare sectors through roles at La Griglia, CHR de la Citadelle, and Crèche Spa. Simon's academic background includes a Master's degree in Management of Innovation and Food Design from the University of Liège and a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège.
