Ron Lucia

Ron Lucia is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Project Executive and Construction Project Manager at Belpointe since October 2021. Prior to this role, Ron held the position of Project Manager at Kast Construction from May 2021 to October 2021. Ron's earlier career includes significant experience at AECOM Tishman, where responsibilities included managing major projects such as the Water Street Tampa redevelopment and the MGM Springfield casino and hotel project, as well as serving as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer. Ron also gained foundational experience as a Head Resident Assistant at Roger Williams University and completed an internship at Gilbane Building Company. Ron holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Roger Williams University, graduating in 2015.
