Clair Foster

Clair Foster is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Group Communications Director and Head of Internal Communications at Belron® since September 2021. Prior to this role, Clair held the position of interim Head of Internal Communications at DIXONS CARPHONE PLC and worked as a Director at Red Leaf Communication, providing internal communications counsel during significant organizational changes, including the COVID-19 crisis. With a long history at Marks & Spencer from May 2003 to June 2019, Clair led the employee communications team and managed corporate PR efforts, contributing to brand transformation and reputation management. Clair’s career includes roles in corporate communications and PR at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Profile Corporate Communications, and an academic background with a BA Hons in Modern History & International Relations from the University of Reading. Additionally, Clair is a Certified Member and Mentor at the Institute of Internal Communication.
