Hayley Martin

Hayley Martin is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Finance Director at Belstaff since May 2025, following its acquisition by Castore, Hayley previously held the position of Finance Director for Belstaff at INEOS from January 2022 to August 2025. Prior to this, significant roles included Senior Finance & Treasury Manager, Senior Group Finance Manager, Centre Finance Manager, and Group Finance Manager at Savills Investment Management from December 2018 to January 2022, as well as positions at Savills and Charles Tyrwhitt. Hayley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Liverpool John Moores University and is a qualified ACCA member, completing the certification from 2017 to 2020.
