James Baldwin

James Baldwin is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in store management and team development. Currently serving as the Store Manager for Belstaff's flagship location since December 2015, James is accountable for the overall success of the store, focusing on the customer journey and achieving financial targets. Prior to this role, James managed London stores for AllSaints from January 2010 to December 2015, leading a team of up to 28 members and enhancing their product knowledge and brand strategies. James's retail career began at Tesco, where responsibilities included sales assistance, team leadership, and management of the non-food section from January 2002 to January 2010. Education was completed at Great Baddow High School from 1997 to 2002.
