Mikhaila Giles

Mikhaila Giles has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mikhaila began their career as an Intern in the Marketing department at Selfridges in 2009. Mikhaila then worked as a Manager and Website Co-ordinator at Courtyard from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they also interned at Mirabel Edgedale Ltd and served as a Sales Administrator. In 2012, they joined RainbowWave as an Account Executive for J Brand, where they worked until 2015. Currently, they are at Belstaff, where they have held various positions. Mikhaila started as the Womenswear Sales Manager in 2015 and later became a Key Account Manager for both men's and women's clothing. Mikhaila currently serves as the Head of Sales for the UK & Ireland, a position they have held since May 2021.

Mikhaila Giles attended Benenden School from 1999 to 2006. Mikhaila then pursued higher education at the University of Warwick from 2006 to 2009, where they received a degree with a 2.1 classification in the field of study of History of Art.
