Jennifer Helton has over three decades of experience at Belstra Milling Company, where Jennifer currently serves as Vice President of Employee Relations. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Director of Accounting for the Pig Division and began their career at the company as a Bookkeeper. Who we are: Belstra Milling is a family-owned regional independent feed manufacturing company located in the northwest Indiana town of Demotte. Albert "Bud" Belstra established the company in 1954. What we do: Our main business is manufacturing feed for livestock; mostly swine and dairy. During the 1990's, a relationship with Pig Improvement Company (PIC), a swine genetics company, grew such that today, we think of ourselves as a "supplier of genetics". Not only do we represent PIC but we work with producers to help them maximize their operations through knowledge gained on the farms we manage.
