Lisa Bowen

Lisa Bowen has a diverse work experience in human resources. Lisa worked as an HR Benefits Specialist/Generalist at Belt Power, LLC starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Generalist at Medline Industries, Inc. from 2017 to 2023, where they actively participated in diversity and inclusion programs, analyzed data for employee engagement, and organized engagement activities. Before that, they were a Human Resources Generalist at Walgreens from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for recruiting, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and handling staffing and disciplinary actions. Lisa also worked as a Human Resources Generalist (contract) at The WhiteWave Foods Company in 2014 and at Firstsource Solutions Limited from 2009 to 2013. In these roles, they were involved in recruiting, assisting management with HR policies and procedures, and handling employment law and disciplinary actions.

Lisa Bowen attended Our Lady of the Lake University from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Human Resources Development with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services. Following this, in 2003, they completed a HR Management Certificate program at Mountainland Technical College, furthering their expertise in Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to their time at Our Lady of the Lake University, Lisa studied Office/Business Management at Northlake College from 1994 to 1996.
