Robert Belcher

Robert Belcher has a diverse range of work experience. Robert is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Belt Power, LLC since April 2023. Before that, they held the position of CEO/President, Senior Operations Executive, Advisory and Consulting in the Manufacturing, Distribution, Building Materials, and Service Industries since May 2018. Robert also served as the Chief Operating Officer at WorldWide Electric Corporation from July 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President Operations at TW Metals LLC from February 2019 to June 2021.

Earlier in their career, Belcher was the Group President at EBSCO Industries, Inc. from October 2016 to May 2018. Robert also gained experience as the Chief Operating Officer at Ram Tool Construction Supply Co. from April 2011 to September 2016 and as the Vice President of Operations from October 2008 to April 2011.

Belcher has also held positions at Stryker Communications as the Director, Integration Services from September 2007 to October 2008. Robert served as the Senior Staff Business Development at Lockheed Martin from February 2006 to August 2007. Additionally, they worked at General Electric as a Six Sigma Blackbelt - Operations Supply Chain Management from December 2004 to February 2006.

Belcher began their career in the United States Navy, where they served as a Submarine Officer/Machinists Mate from 1991 to 2005, holding various leadership roles.

Robert Belcher completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with a minor in Japanese, from the United States Naval Academy in the years 1993 to 1997. Robert then pursued further education at the Naval Postgraduate School from 2001 to 2003, earning an MBA with a focus on Financial Management and Information Technology Management. Subsequently, they attended the U.S. Naval War College from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies.
