Andrew Pen

Andrew Pen is an accomplished real estate investment professional with extensive leadership experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Real Estate Investment at Belt Road Capital Management since April 2021, Andrew oversees a substantial real estate portfolio in Cambodia valued at 20 billion and encompassing over 2,000 hectares. Previously, Andrew held the position of Group Vice President at Stanley&Partners Investment Management, where a team of seven was built from the ground up in the overseas investment department. Other notable roles include General Manager at Maanshan Hong Pu Real Estate Development Co. Ltd., and significant contributions to both Sweet Dynasty Management Holdings Ltd. and BeiJing LianAndrew Real Estate Agency. Andrew's career also includes consultancy work at HRnet One Group, focusing on recruitment across various industries. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Asian Studies and Economics from The University of British Columbia.
