Frank Hernandez

Frank Hernandez has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Coordinator at Belton ISD since December 2018. Previously, Frank worked as Human Resources Information Systems Coordinator at Round Rock ISD from June 2007 to December 2018, and as Human Resources Analyst at Austin Independent School District from September 2004 to June 2007. Earlier roles include Payroll Administrator at Ambion and Payroll & Benefits Administrator at First USA/Bank One/Chase. Frank began a career as an International Account Representative at Capital Network Systems. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Business & Education from Texas State University and was commissioned as a U.S. Army Officer from 1987 to 1993.
