Shad McGaha

Shad McGaha has extensive work experience in the field of technology and education. Shad currently works as the Chief Technology Officer at Belton ISD since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Wichita Falls ISD from 2013 to 2022. Shad also worked as the Director of Technology at Wichita Falls Independent School District from 2011 to 2013 and at Burkburnett ISD from 2002 to 2011. Additionally, they held the role of District Network Facilitator at Burkburnett ISD from 2002 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked in various technology-related positions at Burkburnett Independent School District, District Elementary and Secondary, American National Bank of Texas, Champs Sports, and YMCA.

Shad McGaha completed their high school education at Henrietta High School from 1990 to 1994. After that, they attended Midwestern State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from 1994 to 2001. Additionally, they pursued another Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Computer Information Systems from the same university, although the dates for this degree program are not specified.
