Fady Abouelghit

Fady Abouelghit is a seasoned data science professional currently serving as the Data Science Team Lead and Senior Data Scientist at Beltone since May 2023. Fady's experience includes roles as a Conference Reviewer for the International Conference on Emerging Technologies and Factory Automation since December 2020, a Teaching Assistant at The American University in Cairo from September 2020 to December 2023, and a Data Scientist at Breadfast from March 2022 to March 2023. Prior experience as an AI Engineer at the Egyptian Space Agency from December 2020 to January 2022 and a Data Scientist at Vodafone involved applying machine learning techniques to anomaly detection in cellular networks. Fady's academic credentials include a current PhD in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from The American University in Cairo, a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Sheffield, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The American University in Cairo, complemented by a minor in Mathematics. Fady has also held leadership roles, including Vice President and Technical Director for the American University in Cairo Formula Racing Team.
