Isabela Plá

Isabela Plá has extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Isabela most recently worked as a Security GRC Specialist at Belvo starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Governance & Compliance Specialist at Rain from 2022 to 2023, and as a Data Privacy Lead at QuintoAndar from 2022 to 2022. Isabela also held various roles at idwall from 2021 to 2022, including GRC Coordinator and Information Security Analyst. Earlier in their career, Isabela worked as a Corporate Intelligence Senior Analyst and Corporate Intelligence Analyst at S-RM from 2018 to 2021. Isabela also gained experience working for non-profits, including as a Field HR Support for Médecins Sans Frontières Brésil and a Voluntary Assistant for Legal Protection at PARES Cáritas RJ. Isabela started their career as an Administrative Analyst at FNDE and an Intern in the Political Team at the British Embassy.

Isabela Plá completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidade de Brasília in 2012, followed by a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in 2017. In 2023, they will complete their Postgraduate Degree in Cybersecurity and Business Digital Protection from FIA Business School. In addition, Isabela has obtained various certifications, including Network security and Cloud security from SegInfoBrasil, Train the trainer from Escola Conquer, and Compliance in Asset Management from HB Escola de Negócios. Isabela also obtained certifications in Compliance and Brazilian Financial Market from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in 2019 and 2018, respectively.
