Maximilian Weber

Maximilian Weber is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in leading security initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Security at Belvo since July 2022, Weber oversees a team of Security Engineers and has developed a triage-based Secure Software Development process while promoting security awareness. Previous roles include CISO at Allianz Digital Health and Vivy, where Weber ensured compliance with ISO 27001 and improved security posture through various programs. At N26 Group, as Head of Security, Weber played a pivotal role in transitioning the company to a fully cloud-hosted banking model and built a comprehensive security framework. Other roles span industry giants like Blizzard Entertainment and include a strong focus on DevSecOps and infrastructure automation.
