Vinay Karrow

Vinay Karrow is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as the Head HR at BelWo Inc since August 2017, Vinay is focused on implementing a transformative policy framework to advance the organization. Prior to this, Vinay held positions including Assistant Manager of Human Resources at eWeb A1 Professionals (P) Ltd and Senior Executive HR at Nature Proteins Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included maintaining organizational structure, recruitment, training, and policy development. Vinay began the career in HR as a Training and Development Generalist at Advanta Innovations Pvt, handling recruitment and training for new personnel. Vinay's educational background includes an MBA in HR & Marketing from IndoGlobal and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DAV Chandigarh.
