Joakim Halling

Joakim Halling is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in global human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Head of HR & Total Rewards at Einride since January 2022, Joakim focuses on establishing streamlined HR operations to support organizational excellence. Previously, Joakim held various roles at H&M Group, including Global Compensation & Benefits Lead and Labour Law Expert, where responsibilities encompassed designing compensation structures and negotiating with unions. Joakim's career also includes significant positions as an HR Business Partner and various consultancy roles in employment law and pay analysis. Joakim holds a degree from Uppsala University and has also contributed to the HR community as a board member of Sveriges HR Förening.
