Ray Crisp

Ray Crisp has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and leadership roles. Ray started their career as a Programmer at Price Waterhouse in 1985 and later became the CIO at Associated Land Title Group in 1988. At the Associated Land Title Group, they developed and deployed title plant software and performed the reverse engineering of a software package.

In 1998, they joined Bay County Land & Abstract as the President, where they successfully managed the title agent in Panama City, FL, and increased the company's market share.

From 2000 to 2012, Ray worked at First American Title as the IT Manager/VP. Ray managed a team of six developers and converted source code from Visual Basic to C# in Visual Studio for a software closing package.

In 2012, they became the President/CEO of Bay Credit Union and served until 2017. In this role, they reviewed policies, enforced procedures, and managed employees responsible for implementing business practices.

From 2018 to 2023, Ray worked at WFG National Title Insurance Company as the VP of Information Technology - Agency. Ray'sresponsibilities included interacting with internal development, product vendor development, and agents for software integrations. Ray also managed the project for an internal rate calculator product for agents.

Currently, they are working as a Developer at BEMA Information Technologies LLC, starting in 2023.

Ray Crisp holds a Master's degree in Systems Science and Theory from the University of West Florida. Ray also obtained a Master of Science degree in Systems Analysis/Business from the same institution, graduating in 1985. Additionally, they have a certification as a Florida Licensed Title Insurance Agent, granted by the State of Florida.
