Kara Szymaszek Arpin

Kara Szymaszek Arpin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Applications Engineer at Tra-Con / Emerson & Cuming until 2007. In the same year, they joined Bemis Associates as a Process Engineer and later moved up to the role of Value Stream Production Manager in 2011. In 2017, Kara became the Director of Manufacturing at Bemis Associates and continued in this position until 2018 when they were promoted to Global Director of Manufacturing. Their most recent role at Bemis Associates was as the Director of Manufacturing Operations, which they held from November 2019.

Kara Szymaszek Arpin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Kara later pursued a Graduate Certificate in Plastics Engineering from the same university from 2008 to 2009. Kara further enhanced their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Southern New Hampshire University between 2016 and 2019.
