Michael Johansen

Mike Johansen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. As the CEO and President of Bemis Associates since May 2019, Mike has driven partnerships with leading brands in Apparel, Footwear, Automotive, and Electronics to enhance product performance. Prior to this, Mike held multiple senior positions at Avery Dennison from 1991 to December 2018, including Vice President and General Manager for various business units, managing revenues up to $1.3 billion and overseeing significant operational scopes. Mike's career also includes roles in financial analysis and consulting, complemented by an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Utah.
